鼓勵父母參與孩子們的學習過程

We know how crucial it is to get parents and/or caregivers involved in a student's learning. That's why home materials are a significant part of the program. Families receive a Student Kit once a month.

我們都知道：父母或是孩子的照顧者參與孩子學習過程的重要性。這也是為什麼學生練習配套方案是這個課程的重頭戲之一。每個月，我們會發一套學生練習配套方案給每個家庭。

• Each family gets a Family Guide magazine so they can read and reread the story with their child. 每套學生練習配套方案裡，均附有家庭導覽雜誌。父母們能夠跟孩子們一起享受親子共讀的歡樂時光。
  
• The monthly Home CD is very popular with families. They can play the CD at home to reinforce the learning that their child is experiencing at school. 每套學生練習配套方案裡亦附有孩子們最喜愛的音樂CD。親子們能夠在家裡隨時聆聽CD，拓展孩子們在學校學到的內容。
  
• A Parent DVD goes home with the first unit. This DVD explains the curriculum to parents and encourages them to get involved! 課程的第一個單元附有給爸爸媽媽們的導覽DVD光碟。光碟中詳細的介紹了ABC Music & Me的課程內容，同時鼓勵父母們加入孩子學習成長的行列。
  
• A musical instrument goes home every other month. Ideas for using the instrument are included on the parent DVD. 每兩個月，孩子們將會帶一種新樂器回家，導覽光碟裡同時教導父母要如何跟孩子們一起玩帶回家的樂器。
  

The home program provides the perfect bridge between learning at school and home. It helps students share the excitement of learning with ABC Music & Me with their parents!

學生練習配套方案搭建了家庭與學校間的橋樑，幫助孩子們跟父母親分享他們在ABC Music & Me課堂上所學到的點點滴滴，父母們也能清楚地了解孩子的學習狀況。
